Since 1983, we are providing assistance for all the technical-administrative aspects connected with the architectural design of the many – small and large – transformations that this well-known luxury hotel structure of the Belmond brand has operated over the years. Among the many projects managed directly by Frame Architetture Srl, it is worth to mention the construction of the recent new terraces of the main facades on the lagoon, the renovation of the main suite of the Palazzo Vendramin annex, as well as the renovation and formation of the new “Granai” restaurant on the San Giovanni Fondamenta.

The great renovation of the splendid Ca ‘di Dio property owned by the IRE on the homonymous Riva in Castello quarter is currently underway. The renovation, whose project and construction supervision are by Frame Architetture S.r.l., will see the formation of a new 5-star luxury hotel with around 66 rooms and all the related services and comforts. The Client as the successful tenderer of the leased property, whose majority shareholder is Alpitour Group, will build the new structure by enriching its hotel offer.
