Our architecture studio was born from the desire to respond to the needs of those who want to live, work and renovate any space in a unique place like Venice.
- Architectural design for the renovation of existing buildings, including properties subject to protection and new buildings, from the feasibility study to the executive project and complete habitability.
- Design of residential, executive and commercial interiors, accompanying the customer in the choice and definition of spaces, surfaces as well as furnishings, colours and lighting of the rooms.
- Complete assistance throughout the bureaucratic process necessary to carry out the project and / or start the business.
- Construction supervision, high supervision of the works and general control of the works, accounting and coordination of all the workers involved.
- Architectural surveys performed with specific instrumentation to achieve any level of detail required.
- Creation of renderings, photo insertions, videos, photorealistic modelling, graphics.
- Cadastral practices
- Completion of pregeo practices (divisions and map types) following a precise topographical survey, docfa practices (new cadastral plan or variations)
- Assistance and defense in disputes with the revenue-territory agency following assessments of the cadastral income.
- Energy certifications
- Drafting of energy analysis of existing buildings (APE)
- Drafting of technical reports pursuant to law 10/91 and assistance for tax deduction procedures for energy saving (enea communications)
